We all walk hand-in-hand in the fight against cancer.
Cancer isn’t something that affects our patients alone – it hits us close to home, too. Two of our wonderful employees recently discovered they had breast cancer. Michele Barkley was diagnosed early thanks to her annual screening mammography™ exam, and underwent a mastectomy. Only a few months later, Yvonne Seymor-Palmer discovered a lump in her breast during her monthly self-exam. She has finished her chemotherapy and we are happy to report that both Michele and Yvonne are doing well. We were delighted that they were able to come out and greet our many amazing patients, who were kind enough to pool their support and stop by to express gratitude that we helped them attain early discovery.
