Experience: 20+ years of accounting and financial analysis in a variety of industries. Joined Radiology Associates in 2020.

Chief Operating Officer
Duties: Direct operational oversight for Radiology Associates of Ocala.
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration, East Tennessee State University
Experience: Healthcare Operational Experience since 2009.
JON HOUGHTON
Chief Information Officer
Duties: Direct oversight of Infrastructure and Information Technologies for Radiology Associates of Ocala.
Experience: Healthcare IT and Infrastructure experience since 1997. Joined RAO in 2023.
TONYA D'AMBROSIO, R.T. (R)
Director of Operations
Duties: Direct, coordinate and evaluate all clinical supervisors and modality-specific technologists, imaging services and clinical quality assurance.
Education: Certified Radiologic Technologist - trained in general radiography/fluoroscopy, CT and MRI.
Experience: Medical field experience since 1984, in management since 1990. Joined RAO in 1988.
CARRIE LAW
Regional Operations Manager
Duties: Assists the Director of Operations to provide leadership, direction, growth and administration of operations to ensure accomplishment of objectives. Supervises managers and administrative support staff.
Experience: Medical field experience since 2000. Joined RAO in 2007.
AMANDA YANCEY, R.T. (R)
Manager of Digital Marketing
Duties: Manages and oversees all aspects of digital marketing for RAO and related enities. Serves as liaison between Radiology Associates of Ocala and the referring clinicians in the community. Introduces new technologies and ensures RAO is recognized as the only full-service radiology provider in Marion County. Provides educational information/resources to physicians and their staffs. Leads RAO’s community outreach program.
Education: Certified Radiologic Technologist – trained in general radiography/fluoroscopy and CT

JENNIFER FOWLER, R.T. (R) (M) (BSRS)
Manager of Women’s Imaging Center and Medical Imaging Center at Windsor Oaks
Duties: Manages and Oversees daily operations of the Women’s Imaging Center and the Medical Imaging Center at Windsor Oaks, ensuring superior patient care and customer service.
Education: Certified Radiologic Technologist – Bachelors in Radiographic Science. Trained in general radiography/fluoroscopy, mammography and bone density.
